LDS's Freight Bill Auditing Programs can jump start your awareness as to your present freight standards and practices and can also acquaint you with opportunities for high priority financial enhancement. 

• A Post-Audit of freight bills is done after they have been paid. But not too long after because the new laws regarding overcharge recoveries limits a claimants time to file a claim to 180 days from the date of shipment. There is No Up Front Fee for this service. All post audits are done solely on a contingency basis. If we find nothing, we cost you nothing, What dollars we recover, we split ... generally on a 50% - 50% basis. 
• As part of our post-audit program LDS offers a free "INITIAL DISTRIBUTION ANALYSIS" (I.D.A.). A sample is available for your evaluation by following this link, I.D.A.
• A Pre-Audit is done prior to your paying the bills. The process begins with your carrier(s) sending all bills to You in care of Us. We research each bill, make whatever correction necessary, capture all billing fields that will identify any future re-billing or balance due criteria and forward the bills and backup to you for an accurate and one time payment. Your company reatins 100% of all corrections (overcharges) found. Our fee for this service is between $1.00 - $1.25 per bill depending on corporate reporting preferences.
